I have over 36 years’ work experience including:

• Over 24 years in the Indian Navy where I served as a proud Submariner on various Submarines including INS Vagli and INS Sindhughosh and was a part of the commissioning crew of INS Sindhuvir & INS Sindhuvijay. I also served on a number of warships including INS Darshak, INS Bhavnagar, INS Sindhudurg, INS Vidhyagiri & INS Kavaratti. I also held several prestigious staff appointments including as the Staff Officer to the Fortress Commander in Andaman and Nicobar Islands, APAO to the Flag Officer Commanding Maharashtra Naval Area and the Officer in Charge NOM Varuna.

• Over 12  years in the Corporate world where I managed and led progressively challenging assignments in Marketing and Customer Relations Management at Satyam and Tech Mahindra.

 

I am a qualified Interviewing Officer with considerable experience in interviewing candidates in SSBs as well as for various roles in the Corporate sector.

I also conduct soft skills trainings, workshops and delivers motivational talks across colleges and institutions extolling students to stand up and deliver in life.
